If a Villanova student has granted you proxy access to his/her student information, you will receive an email with a temporary web link and a temporary PIN. Please follow these steps:
If the temporary link and PIN are no longer valid, or if you have forgotten your PIN, please use this link to gain access to Parent Proxy and click on Forgot PIN: Parent Proxy Login
The most likely cause is that your student needs to go to their Authorization Tab in Parent Proxy and click the boxes next to the pages they want to display in your account.
The unique identifier for the proxy in Parent Proxy Access is the proxy’s email address. An email address can only be associated with one person.
You can easily change your PIN by clicking Parent Proxy Login.
and selecting the “Forgot Pin” icon. An email will be sent to your email address with a temporary link and temporary PIN (Action Password). You will use your temporary PIN (Action Password) as the “Old PIN” in the PIN reset process.
