The Office of Auxiliary Services strives to provide the highest quality dining services; on-campus and on-line bookstores; event management, meeting and hospitality services; as well as graphic and mail services all in support of the University's mission of teaching, research and service. We are committed to providing creative, and innovative services that offer superior quality and outstanding value to the customers we serve. Villanova Dining Services
Each year Villanova’s self operated dining services serves well over two million meals in one of three resident dining halls or in the 15 other cafes and convenience stores on campus. In addition, the Dining Services Catering Department serves groups of 5 to 5,000 in indoor and outdoor locations all across campus. Villanova Dining Services is a recipient of Restaurant and Institutions Magazine’s prestigious IVY Award as well as numerous dining awards from the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).
The Connelly Center
The Connelly Center is Villanova’s University Center (Student Union) it is the central hub of campus activity and as such is referred to as the campus” living room”. The Connelly Center is totally wireless and included in its facility are a 200 seat movie theater, a 6300 square foot multipurpose room, numerous meeting rooms and lounges. The Connelly Center is also the location for the Belle Air Terrace Dining facility, Holy Grounds coffee shop, ice cream parlor, convenience/video store, plus a cyber lounge and Art Gallery.
The University Shop
The Villanova University Shop is the institutionally owned on-campus provider of textbooks, reference and trade books, insignia sportswear and gift items, personal and convenience products and academic supplies. The University Shop is located on campus in Kennedy Hall and generally has store hours Monday through Saturday. The University Shop fills and ships orders for its own on-line store at villanovabookstore.com.

The Inn at Villanova University
The Inn at Villanova University is the business community’s first choice for hosting a business meeting of corporate training session. Located in a 32-acre woodland setting a mile from Villanova University and 30 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, the Conference Center combines the elegance of an early 20th-century mansion with the technology of the early 21st-century. The Conference Center offers 24 fully equipped meeting rooms as well as 56 well appointed guest rooms. The Villanova Conference Center hosts the Executive MBA program and other Executive Education programs offered by University
Villanova Graphic Services offers full service print and mail project co-ordination, including offset and digital printing, mailing, addressing, and design services to the University community. Graphic Services is the on-campus and on-line provider of official University stationery, including letterhead, envelopes, and business cards. In addition to operating two walk-up Print Center locations on campus (Falvey Library and Bartley Hall) which are open to all students, faculty and staff; Graphic Services can receive work orders from anywhere in the world via its web-based print submission site.
Villanova Mail Services is responsible for the University’s in-coming and out-going mail including packages, and express delivery services. The Mail services operates the student mail services including student mailboxes; provides inserting, addressing, and other bulk-mail services; and provides daily pick-up and delivery of inter-office, express and US postal service mail. The Mail Services main facility is located on the bottom floor of Kennedy Hall and the west campus location is in the lower level of St. Mary’s Hall.
