丽贝卡·费尔德曼 directs and teaches the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services （关心）, in which students develop core advocacy skills by representing refugees in immigration proceedings. Prior to joining the Villanova Law faculty, Professor Feldmann taught at Seton Hall’s Immigrants’ Rights & International Human Rights Clinic and was a 临床教学研究员 and Supervising Attorney at Georgetown Law’s asylum clinic, the Center for Applied 法律 Studies (CALS). Professor Feldmann has supervised students representing asylum seekers in hearings before the Baltimore, Arlington, Newark and New York Immigration Courts. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University 法学院, where she coached the Jessup International 模拟法庭 team and developed a course on International Courts & Tribunals. Her teaching and scholarship interests focus on immigration law and policy, 日e intersection of asylum law and public international law, and due process for asylum-seekers.
